I AM FACING one problem in vlookup formula in excel 2007.through vlookup i need 103,325 and 539 values against that po number and that itemid in col c in sheet 2.but it comes only 1st value like 103.

so please guide me what to do?

Hi and Welcome to the Board
Because the PO and Item ID are not unique the vlookup will return the first correct value from the table
You will need to establish some sort of identifier to make them different

Seems that filtering for the column A and column B items would expose all column C items for those A and B items. Have you tried that?

Hi,

Thanks for Immediate response but in this scenario wat 2do? i know po and item id is not unique therefore i use Vlookup formula.if vlookup is not suitable for this case then please suggest me another formula which will solved my problem.

can i use if and vlookup formula together?

Is the data sorted or grouped together like it's shown in your posted sample data?
