Hi
I found it is hard to edit a formula in the Conditional Formatting -->New Rule-->Using Formula, box
When I click inside the box and then click any cell excel will enter the absoult value i.e $A$1
let say I wrote this formula =$A$1 >10
Later if i go to that box and to edit something for example deleting $ i can delete the first one but when I move to the next one using arrow key, excel will enter $B$1

Why is that? Thank you so much.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
You need to press f2 after clicking in the box to enter edit mode. It's always the case with that particular range selecting control.
