Problem importing tracking numbers

I work for a retail chain and I need to use a Web query to import a list of tracking numbers from the web. The import is fine, but when it imports the numbers it uses scientific notation even when the cells are preformatted for text. When I preformat to numbers any digit past 15 becomes a zero. How can I set it to import the tracking numbers exactly as it's listed on the site? Do I need to do something with the iqy file?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
How exactly are you importing the data? If you specify the import map to import that field as Text, it should work.
