Hi all,

I have a database for vital signs say BP, Pulse, Temparature and so on. If the BP value is more than 180 then it should be change to some colour. I did it with the help of.backcolor=255.

When i am going for a review it is not showing the backcolor, ihave to use the tab . How can i store this permanently.

I want to view that back color in the form view whenever i open it.

Anyone please help me.

Thanks in advance.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Assuming you are working with a form.

Open the form in design mode, right click on the field you want to work with, click on Conditional Formatting. Set your color conditions here.

Also, make sure that the BackStyle of the control is set to Normal and not Transparent, or you won't see the colour.

MyBoo,

Thanks, I just learned about Conditional Formatting this morning reading your post. Is there any other way to get to the Conditional Formatting other than right clicking on the field? I briefly looked around and did not see anything else.

Thanks,

Search Help for Condition... then select FormatCondition Property.
