Problem in calculating difference between two times

Hi,
I have a google spreadsheet with :
A1 => 08:00
A2 => 12:00
A3 => formula: = TEXT((A2-A1),"hh"" : ""mm")

The displayed data in A3 is: <style type="text/css"><!-- br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} --></style>04" : "12

Where did the 12 minutes come from ?

24	8:00
25	12:00
26	04 : 00
Sheet1

Cell Formulas
Range	Formula
A26	=TEXT((A25-A24),"hh"" : ""mm")

This problem doesn't occur in excel application, it happens in google spreadsheet.
Am I posting in the wrong forum ?

I only use a real spreadsheet app, JK

Maybe Google's formula or parameters is different from Excel.

Curious why are you using google spreadsheet? There are better alternatives that are free.
