Problem in changing the format of time

Hi All,

I am having problem with the format of time.

I have 0030 hrs , 0230 hrs, 0200 hrs etc.

And I need to change the formatting as

00:30:00, 02:30:00, 02:00:00



Can someone please help me out.

Are they text entries? Maybe this formula and custom formt the cells as "hh:mm:ss"
