Hi

I would like to ask you how can I set up the labels in Access in order to cover
all the label I want printed. I have used the label wizard and set font 10,arial but when I print it appears that 2 labels in the bottom of the page are blank.
How can I rectify this?

Thanks

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Printing labels is a bit of a black art. You will need to tweak the label height very slightly (type the new height into the Properties dialog, it gives you more control than the mouse), and / or adjust the height of the bottom page margin.
Practice with plain paper so you don't use up all the labels getting it right.

Once it's working, don't change printers or you will have to do it all over again.
