I have a spreadsheet with 10 or so tables vertically spaced. I understand that Excel does not like you to insert a new Column when you have areas outside of the table and areas inside of the table which will receive a new column.
So, I have converted all of my tables to a range (which is a very painful process) so that I can add a new column to the sheet. This usually is allows me to add a new column but on this occasion I am getting a message saying that there are still tables on my sheet even though there arent.
Maybe I have missed a table or hidden one somewhere which is causing problems. Is there a way of converting an entire sheet to a range?
Is there maybe some other reason why excel thinks I still have tables on the sheet?
Is there a simpler option when wanting to add a sheet column when you have multiple tables vertically placed?
My sheet is laid up like this;
OPEN SPACE
TABLE
OPEN SPACE
TABLE
OPEN SPACE
TABLE
etc....
Thanks
Dan
