Tis is my first time here, and I'm glad to be here. I've been a fan of Leo and CFH for a long time and I've grown to respect Mr. Excel. Anyway, back to my question.

I'm in a Computer Applications competition here in Texas and I've had a problem with one of my practice tests that not even my teachers can figure out.

I have a spreadsheet (duh) that has a column of times. I am instructed to make a chart with these times on the y axis in 6 hour increments. I've played around with the scale tab on the Format Axis command, but to no avail. These times need to be 12:00AM, 6:00AM, 12:00PM, 6:00PM, and 12:00AM. I will try to get links up so you all can at least see what I'm talking about, since it's pretty hard to explain in words. In the meantime ya'll can give me some stuff to tinker with. Thanks for your help in advance.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I dont think this can be done, even though excel calls it a time axis it really is a date axis
