Hi,

Got this wonderful link online which allows me to email out based off certain criteria in the workbook by clicking on a link. However ive noticed when a part of the subject line (Cell B4 in this case) has more than two words it returns an error value.

Anyone got any ideas where I am going wrong here?

=HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("mailto:"&K4,"?subject=","Reminder-",$B$1,B4,"&Body=","Dear ",J4,"%0D%0A %0D%0APlease send us ",B4," for the ",TEXT(E4,"dd/mm/yyyy"),"%0D%0A %0D%0AKind Regards,%0D%0AJoe Whitaker%0D%0A0412345678"),"Email this person now")

TIA

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

I'm not seeing that problem (using Excel 2013)
Any reason you are using $B$1,B4 and not B1,B4?

What exactly is in the cell? Is the content in B4 or is it a reference?
Try writing and using the subject content in another cell to see if that works. Don't copy.

Yes, B1 is to be used the whole way down the sheet it is referencing a house address where as B4 are different things to be done in the house. It appears that if the things to be done has more than two words or special characters it errors

I have isolated the issue and it is when B4 has 3 or more words or special characters like :. ) etc

Apologies after further inspection its simply an issue with the total Character length of the concat. Anyone any ideas of how to get around this?
