I have a pivot table which pulls out the time wasted by each employee in seconds.... Is there a way in which i can have the format changed in the pivot in such a way that the data can be shown in minutes and seconds..

For instance, the value in Pivot is 1200.. But i need it to be formatted to 20.00

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
I think you'll need to divide the source data by 60 and then format the pivot table field as a custom format [mm]:ss

Hope it helps.
