Problem with keeping the "replace with" setting

Hi,
I am having some problem with the command "replace with" when sending out my document to the other PC all my setting changes back to the default setting which is not i wanted. How to keep my setting when sending my document out, what is the command?? Please advise me.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
what settings are you having trouble with? what happens when you open the document on the other pc?

ok i mean the auto correct setting when i send it to the other PC the setting will changes back to default and did not remain as what i have saved.

anyone know how to save auto correct "replace" setting so that my changes will remain as what i have set when i send my document out.
