Problem with missing data ... PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a problem in inserting an empty row . I want it to Automate an empty row when the list of data is been filter and when there is a missing data in between it will insert an empty row. Example the data after filter will show 12 oct , 13 oct , 15 oct . How to make it automate an empty in between 13 oct and 15 oct after it is being filter.

BEFORE:
row1 2006-10-12
row2 2006-10-13
row3 2006-10-15
