Problem with Personal.xlsx

Hi

I have Saved my Personal.xlsx in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART

I have Put some Custom Format in this Workbook

But,When i Open New or another Workbook, Some of the Custom Format not
Found in the Workbook,

I try View < Unhide there i Found Personal then i Press Ok

I found all the Custom Format which i have Put

But Don't know why it is not Working in Another or in New Workbook

Any Idea
