Problem with table not pulling format , nor formulas fromn last row of table.

My table is not pulling format nor formulas, it may be beacuse in the very faur up row above I had different formats and formulas. Formulas I already pasted as values. Would like my table to pull the last row formula and format now. I but I cant seem to achieve it, can some one help? I can´t just format everything above as I don{t wanna loose previous colors, and I cant paste only colors from other file with same data.
