Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
I can't see the image you posted: in common with many establishments, file-sharing sites are blocked where I work.

How are you entering the times? As hh:mm with colon separators?

I can't see anything that would prevent you entering a time, or anything else for that matter, on your userform.

Do you mean that when you try and transfer the 'times' entered in the textboxes to a worksheet Excel doesn't recognise them as Time?

If you do then you might want to take a look at the TimeValue function.
