Problem with VBA

We have a form that uses vba on opening to ensure a user enables vba to use the form. We have had an error report from someone who needs to use the form multiple times. The form works fine the first 4 or 5 times, but then it crashes. She then can’t access any of the other forms that previously worked fine. The form is sent via email. Could this be an issue with the forms being saved in a temp folder?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
when you say form are you refering to a userform?
how are you calling the form?
how are you closing it?

Are the "other" forms here and "this" form all in the same workbook?

You may want to just rebuild the workbook:

Temp folders should have nothing to do with it - but try saving the file to a permanent location to be sure. I'm not a fan of these types of "forcing users to use VBA" - if the user doesn't want to use the code then its probably because the design lacks utility (code should make our jobs easier). But that's an aside.

It all works fine on your end?
