Hi All,

I'm trying to match mentors and mentees through their selected criteria on application forms.
I've created two sheets, one with mentor information and one with mentee, with 200 entries on each.

I have entered the values as 0 for no, or 1 as Yes where they have the option to select what they would like to either receive or give mentoring on. There are 11 options.

Is there a tool or formula that will find the most suitable match for each mentee?

I hope all that makes sense? I tried to upload an image of the spreadsheet but there doesn't seem to be a function for that here.

Thanks.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
