problems with vba log

have tried log and ln with variations of Application.WorksheetFunction. all give same err or
urlkpzle2

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
I'm guessing that arg=0 because Log(0) would display the same error. Have you checked the value of arg?
