I have a continuous data entry log (example below) and i want a formula at the top to indicate whether data needs to be logged or not based on the values entered below. There has to be at least 25 data points collected.
I want to make it so that it says something like this in a formula.
1. There has to be at least 25 data points in the column (if not true, say "100% Inspection Required")
2. The data points have to be under the nominal value (<.004) (if not true, say "100% Inspection Required")
3. As soon as there is a data point GREATER than .004, i basically want to restart the count so that we have to get at least 25 more points in a row that are under .004 before it allows you to not inspect 100%.
Is this even possible?
Nominal Value: .004
