I would like to know how to proctect my VBA code from other viewing it.

I have tried the following, but cannot protect the VBA Code from being viewed or to be changed

1) I have activated the VBA Editor
2) Selected the Project in the Projects Window for eg VbaProject(Cash Flow.xlsm)
3) Chose tools, VBA Project Properties-Entered the name "VbaProject Cash Flow.xlsm2" under project name
4) Under Protection, clicked in block "Lock Project for Viewing , entered a password for viewing and clicked ok

It would be appreciated if somebody could assist me

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
The protection only comes into effect when you next open the file. Have yopu tried save and close excel file then reopen and see if protection ok
