Producing charts from data

Hi guys, I'm working on a project where I have to analyse reviews, gain feedback reviews and produce charts. Let me show you some example data...

Please see that this data is for an example of a 4 and a 3* place. We then have number of reviews received per month. For example in March 2013 we received 1 3* review where as in April 2 reviews of a 3* rating were given. how can I now plot this into a scatter graph? When I do it by highlighting the data it does this....

in March you got one 1 star review for the 4* hotel, surely ?
