Program a Scroll Bar on a Userform

Mr Excel,

I have placed a scroll bar on a VBA userform but are unsure of how to program it so that the userform page / data moves up or down with each scroll movement.

If you could attach some sample code and or an example of how to do this I would be very greatful.
