progres bar while macro is running

hi,
i would like to have progress bar (something like popup window) while my macro is running.
the progress bar line should go from 0-100%.

any idea?

its a bit more complicated than it sounds... it depends on your macro and what it does (needs to be something it can say "right thats 10%)
