Can someone put me on the right track please. Simple cashflow showing IRR of about 40%. Between 10% and 20% IRR investor gets 20%, Between 20% and 30% IRR investor gets 30% etc. Example file attached showing annual cashflows from jan 2012 to jan 2018 . Thanks in advance. Jeff
