i'm posting this because i don't see any of my similar case here..

so pls do bear with me..

This is the default prompt by excel :
Code:
A file named 'X:\Siti\PRODUCTION\18JUNE08.xls' already exists in this location. Do you want to replace this?

If the user selects 'NO', then how do i show another prompt to allow the user to change location?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
This works for me
Code:
Dim userInput As String
userInput = Application.GetSaveAsFilename
If userInput = "False" Then Exit Sub: Rem cancel pressed
ThisWorkbook.SaveAs userInput
