How can I have excel prompt the user to input data. I want to have the user to be prompted for 3-4 question then it creates a answer depending on the calculations in excel.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Shaners,

Just off the top, you could use "comments" or "data validation". Or you could have instructions on the worksheet itself.

You could implement a Text Box via VBA, i.e:

Sub Prompter()
Dim Message, Title, Default, MyValue
Message = "Enter a value between 1 and 3" ' Set prompt.
Title = "InputBox Demo" ' Set title.
Default = "1" ' Set default.
' Display message, title, and default value.
MyValue = InputBox(Message, Title, Default)
End Sub
