Prompting Combo Box

Hi any one can help me to create a combo box appearing on an Excel sheet automatically after clicking on a command button. Please I need VBA code for this.

I want a pop up (some thing like diologue box or input box) combo box when i click on a command button or run a macro.

This prompts the user to enter a value, then enters this value in cell A1.

I want to create a spread sheet. I need one input box to appear when i click on the command button,after entering data to input box, I need one Combo Box to appear for choosing data. How I can get this Combo Box appearing automatically?

Pls help.
