Propercase in formatting

I have a range of cells which contains dates, and want them displayed in a certain way.

I am really close to getting them the way I want, except I want the first character in the cell to be uppercase. Is there any way to do this using number formats?

I am aware that I can do this in several ways using formulas or VBA, but that is not what I'm looking for.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Sadly, no you can't change that with number formatting. It's odd, because English dates appear in proper case naturally, but Danish ones don't for some reason.
