Protect and Unprotect Several Selected Sheets at same time?

I have a workbook that has several sheets that need to be updated and have to protect and unprotect each sheet individually.

Is there a way to select the sheets I want to update then protect then and/or unprotect them all at the same time with the same password?

I should'a searched forums first but got trigger finger and had to know now!
