Protecting a spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet with sensitive information that people need to work on. The spreadsheet is located on the server, and they access it there. Is there a way I can prevent anyone from copying the spreadsheet to their machine, as well as not allow anyone to print information from it?

You can not stop a user to copy file but it is system administer who can restrict users.

That's what I thought, but was hoping there was a way.
