I have created a spreadsheet that I wish to share with other in the company.

However I want the spreadsheet to be used solely as a tool for calculation. It is not to be saved or modified in any way. Not even under a different name. Is this possible?

Thank you.

Regards.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Well you could save it with a password and "Read only recommended", but keep in mind that where there's a will, there's a way (they'll crack it if they really want to).

Regards,
