Protecting Cells with Formula

Hello again,
Can I have some help please

I would like to prevent anyone from changing or entering data into cells with formula, how can i do this in excel, but in cells without formula I am happy for alterations

First unlock the cells that the users can change (Format Cells|Protection tab). Then protect the worksheet (Tools|Protection|Protect Sheet).
