Publish interative Excel workbooks to the web

Hi there, I am not sure it this is the correct forum to post this, so my apologies if I have posted incorrectly. I would like to know if it is possible to publish an Excel file that has formulas, VBA, Charts, and a database linked by a refreshable sql connection to the web so, 1, it can be accessed via url, 2, the vba and formulas run, 3, more than 1 person can use it at the some time. I currently created excel dashboards, that months down the line need to be re developed as Silverlight websites. so just look to save costs, and asking if this is possible?
