Publishing to web

I am using Excel 2003 and publishing a worksheet with charts as static HTML page. The page renders almost perfectly. The only issue I have is that the chart axis appear in bold instead of a normal font.

I tried resizing the chart and formatting the axis but there is no effect.

Has anyone run into this & know how to resolve?
