Pulling data based on column headers

Hi,

Sorry that I don't have the technical language to ask this question more concisely.

I have a master sheet that contains many rows of data about a variety of individuals. The people are the column headers. Cells B1-B21 contain names.

I then have sheets for each individual that need to include various pieces of data in various locations. The name of the individual appears in Cell B2 (matches exactly from the Master sheet).

In various places in the individual sheet, I want to pull the data from the column where the name matches. (For example, cell E11 in the individual sheet will contain the data from Row 13 in that individual's column).

What do I need to include in the formula to lookup by column?

Thanks so much!
