I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something. Right now, I'm looking to take the averages from one workbook and have them show up on a different book. I was wondering if anyone know's a good lookup code that will work...

Here is an example.

Right now, I have a spreadsheet that has the following formula on it

=average(threed(first:last!o90)) that is currently on the spreadsheet. Now, this is a fairly big spreadsheet that is stored on a shared drive so it takes some time to pull up. What I was looking to do is to host this formula on a separate sheet to help with the size and the speed of this other sheet. Let me know if any of you smart folks out there can help out.
