pulling data from a separate sheet

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something. Right now, I'm looking to take the averages from one workbook and have them show up on a different book. I was wondering if anyone know's a good lookup code that will work...

Here is an example.

Right now, I have a spreadsheet that has the following formula on it

=average(threed(first:last!o90)) that is currently on the spreadsheet. Now, this is a fairly big spreadsheet that is stored on a shared drive so it takes some time to pull up. What I was looking to do is to host this formula on a separate sheet to help with the size and the speed of this other sheet. Let me know if any of you smart folks out there can help out.

Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
