Hi Dear Experts

I request some guidance, please.
  1. I have an Excel SS (Metrics) which contains 100s of rows. Each row represents particular metrics identified by a metric ID
  2. Source data files for "1" are Image files, Excel SS, and PDFs, which stakeholders send via email
  3. Metrics SS is then used for Power BI reporting purposes

Required:

Need to implement a systematic approach:
  1. Which eliminates the email method
  2. A proper centralized place to store the current and historical data
  3. Automation through which data can be pulled from "2" into "1" with a few clicks
Any fellow could please guide me?

Kind Regards
