Question: Can I get the even name (such as Workbook_BeforeClose or CommandButton1_Click) into a variable to use as part of a string.

I track certain events such as Open, close, when some buttons are clicked, to determine usage and therefore return on investment and to make sure certain processes haven't broken.

Currently I use ---
Log_Action (",Closed,")

To send the word "closed" as part of a longer string to a text file. Each event I'm tracking I need to change Closed to another action. It would be helpful to just have something like ---
Log_Action (","&{Event Name}&",")

So it would automatically insert the event name.

I did some google research on event name in variables, but didn't come up with anything useful

Can this be done?
Thanks,

Mark

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
