Hi all, thanks to your help I used VLOOKUP to reference item case counts and description names in a separate 'Inventory List' workpage in a workbook. Now, I'd like to see if there is a way to 'process' the purchase order for after I print and fax or save as PDF and e-mail, so it can alter my current inventory numbers in real time. Is this even possible, or is this something like Access would be better served performing? This is really the only tough action I don't think Excel would be best to perform that I need for my inventory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Basically would like to 'buy' 3 apples on a purchase order, and have it add 3 apples to my master inventory sheet, maybe not as 'in stock' but 'processing/incoming' or something like that.
