I have a worksheet with the following columns:
Workbook 1
I would like to have another workbook update with all the Male clients only every time a new entry is added to Workbook 1 - the structure of the other workbook is:
Workbook 2
I have done something similar before, but don't do it very often so can't remember how I made it work
Any help will be appreciated.

Col A - Gender | Col B - Program | Col C - First Name | Col D - Last name |
