I have a worksheet with the following columns:
Workbook 1
Col A - GenderCol B - Program Col C - First NameCol D - Last name

I would like to have another workbook update with all the Male clients only every time a new entry is added to Workbook 1 - the structure of the other workbook is:
Workbook 2
Col A - First NameCol B - Last NameCol C - Program

I have done something similar before, but don't do it very often so can't remember how I made it work :(

Any help will be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
You should update your profile to show what version of Excel you are using. Newer version has more function that can result different formula than older version and most likely simpler.
