Put Password To Open Worksheets in excel

Hello
Please help me
I have an excel workbook with 4 sheets . one sheet must be visible and the others must be hidden . I want any one can see and edit hidden sheets with password ( i want define 3 keys for 3 hidden sheets to click and go to any of them ) and after edit something in hidden sheets , when the workbook is closed , the hidden sheets go hidden again automatically .

how secure do you need this file to be? Excel is not a secure medium; for example, even when hidden and password protected, I could still read or edit your worksheets. I could probably also pull your passwords from it. Is this acceptable for your security needs?
