putting calendar inside a sheet

Hi
I am using some date functions like workday(), networkdays(), eomonth() etc. I saw a video, there was a calendar inside the sheet and he was comparing dates excel calculated with the calendar. My question, how can I insert a calendar inside a sheet? Thank you very much.
