I need to be able to generate a scatter plot with the following data: 3 columns, 1st column is project name, 2nd column is feasibility, 3rd column is financial impact. Using the 2nd & 3rd columns as x-y coordinates, plot the x-y point using the 1st column as the x-y point label. Any ideas how to do this?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi

Like you said this is a scatter chart, you have your input xy values in columns 2 and 3. To add the labels there's no easy, automatic native way to do it.

Some options:
- manually
- do a small vba snippet to add them

The usual is to use Rob Bovey's XY Chart Labeler:

The XY Chart Labeler Add-in

It's quite easy to use and should solve your problem.
