Hello, i have a very basic knowledge of Excel. Is there an online course that guides you through Excel with some form of certificate or recognition that i could list on a CV? I'm not worried so much about the cost, it's more having something to recognise I have learnt Excel skills.

If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Hello, Most classes I've seen are pretty silly. Why not try sitting for an excel certification? I think it's called MS Excel Specialist and there is also a Master Specialist. Some caveats though

1 - For the basic certification you'll need to show you can do the standard excel tasks (cut, paste, basic formulas etc.)

2 - The master certification is pretty advanced, and focuses on things like pivot tables, advanced charting etc.

3 - No one seems to take the certifications seriously except for other excel geeks. Also, I think that listing an excel certificate on your CV might not be very beneficial as everyone assumes you know it already.
