Goodmorning ,
I have to calculate the first quartile (25 percentile) and the third quartile (75 percentile) of a multiple, non-contiguous cell range.
While calculating the minimum and maximum of the same non contiguous cell range, the min and max functions also work on multiple cell ranges, the same does not happen for the percentile or inc.percentile function.
I understand that it is necessary to switch to the aggregate function, but I was not able to write the correct formula with this function.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance,

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Hi,

is there anything you could exploit in the adiacent columns in order to deliver the right numbers to the array read by the function?

A small example using AGGREGATE(17...bla bla bla ...numbers in B1:B100, conditions in C1:C100.

=AGGREGATE(17,6,B1:B100/(C1:C100="X"),3)

or

=QUARTILE(IF(C1:C100="X",B1:B100),1)

array entered.

Hope it could be a little step forward.
