I need help with creating query to find and pull information from other sheets

Is there a code or a script that alows me to search for the results ?
And Is It possible to search by putting just one parametre ore more?
Example: If i Want to search for the score" 80" but i Dont know date..
And By clicking Search , the results will be inputed into a window or into a userform
