(Query FileName) "Could Not Be Found" - On Excel Startup?

I wrote some code to query a CSV file a little while ago; and Excel had a problem with it. Now, every time I open Excel, even if it is not the same file, Excel bugs me about it. What can I do to get rid of this? Also, how can I know other people are not going to get this error when I give them my spreadsheets?
