I am trying to set up a Query that looks at Table 1, Field 2 and compares it to Table 2, Field 2 (same Field information) and show me any records in Table 2 that are not in Table 1. Any one have any advice?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Access has a nice wizard that will do exactly that and walk you through the process. In the Query section, go to the Wizards and select "Find Unmatched Query Wizard".
